I have known Dr. Jay Snell for 17 years, having ministered in his church in Pearland, Texas and with him in camp meetings, conferences, seminars and revivals.

It is my pleasure to recommend to you the teaching, preaching and healing ministry of Dr. Jay Snell. His knowledge and understanding of the Abrahamic Covenant and its application to the church today not only excited our congregation , but also set many of them free.

Many churches today labor under the misconception that the Abrahamic Covenant or Old Testament has passed away. We believe God did a new thing for us so we ignore the covenant He made with Abraham which promised health, wealth and well - being for his descendants. Dr. Snell brings into sharp focus the "forever provisions" of the Abrahamic Covenant, and how we become an heir of them through Jesus Christ. I believe Dr. Snell's teaching on the Abrahamic Covenant will revolutionize any congregation that will receive them.

The healing ministry of Dr. Snell was also quite evident in the services he held for us. One evening, while Dr. Snell was preaching, a visitor to the service exhibited the symptoms of a major stroke and slumped over losing all signs of consciousness. Dr. Snell went to her, spoke healing over her in the name of Jesus, laid hands on her and in a moment or two she revived and assured us she was all right. Later this same woman received Jesus as her Savior and Lord.

I first met Jay Snell at a meeting where my wife Pat and I were ministering. When we finished ministering, the Pastor asked Jay to say a few words. He could have talked about himself and his ministry, but he did not. Instead, he talked about a book that I had written. He told the people about my book and encouraged them to get my book and read it. Jay had written some books on the Abrahamic Covenant, but he never mentioned them. He talked only about my book, encouraging everyone to read it.

From the above remarks, one can readily see that Jay Snell does not puff up nor promote his calling and ministry as being greater than anyone else's.

With Jay Snell, what you see is what you get. This precious brother is one of the most honest people that Pat and I have met. In these days of strife and mistrust, it is good to find someone that still has integrity and is a man of his word.

I recommend him to all my pastor brothers everywhere. He is one of only a handful of men I've met in the last nineteen years that receives men like he wants to be received; by the blood of Jesus Christ.
